This letter was written by an employee of the NIOC (National Iranian
Oil Company) back in the I960's to his American boss, Mr.Hamilton. Read and enjoy!!!

Dear Mr.Hamilton
I, the undersigned, have worked in the NIOC in Masjed-Solyeman for three years, but since Mr.Ahmadi transferred here everything has changed.
I don't know "what a wet wood I have sold him" that from the very first day he has been "pulling the belt to my lift". With all kinds of "cat dancing" he has tried to become the "eye and the light" of Mr.Wilson.
He made so much "mouse running" that finally Mr.Wilson "became donkey", and appointed Mr.Ahmadi as his right hand man, and told me to work "under his hand". Mr.Wilson promised me that next year he would make me his right hand man, but "my eye did not drink water", and I knew that all these were "hat play", and he was trying to put a "hat on my head". I "put the seal of silence to my lips" and did not say anything. Since that he was just
"putting watermelon under my arms" Knowing that this transfer was only "good for his aunt", I started begging him to forget that I ever came to see him and forget my visit altogether. I said "you saw camel, you did not see camel..." . But he was not "getting of the devils donkey". "what headache shall I give you" I am now forced to work in the mail house with bunch of "blind, bald, height and half height" people. Imagine how much "my aaa burns".
Now Mr.Hamilton, "I turn around your head" you are my only hope and my "back and shelter". "I swear you to the 14 innocents" please "do some work for me". "In the resurrection day l'll grasp your skirt". "I have six head bread eaters". "I kiss your hand and legs".

Friends dont mind I am just joking.

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn not to judge things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest, in turn, to go and look at a pear tree that was a great distance away.

The first son went in the winter, the second in the spring, the third in
summer, and the youngest son in the fall.

When they had all gone and come back, he called them together to describe what they had seen.

The first son said that the tree was ugly, bent, and twisted. The second son said no it was covered with green buds and full of promise.

The third son disagreed; he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so sweet and looked so beautiful, it was the most  graceful  thing he had ever seen.

The last son disagreed with all of them; he said it was ripe and drooping with fruit, full of life and fulfillment.

The man then explained to his sons that They were all right,

 because they had each seen but only one season in the tree's life.

He told them that you cannot judge a tree, or a person, by only one season,and that the essence of who they are and the pleasure, joy, and love that come from that life can only be measured at the end, when all the seasons are up.

If you give up when it's winter, you will miss the promise of your spring, the beauty of your summer, fulfillment of your fall.

Moral:
Don't let the pain of one season destroy the joy of all the rest.
Don't judge life by one difficult season.
Persevere through the difficult patches
and better times are sure to come some time sooner or later!

Today we have bigger houses and smaller families; more conveniences, but less time
ما امروزه خانه های بزرگتر اما خانواده های کوچکتر داریم؛ راحتی بیشتر اما زمان کمتر

we have more degrees, but less common sense; more knowledge, but less judgment
مدارک تحصیلی بالاتر اما درک عمومی پایین تر ؛ آگاهی بیشتر اما قدرت تشخیص کمتر داریم

چندین برابر مایملک داریم اما ارزشهایمان کمتر شده است. خیلی زیاد صحبت می کنیم، به اندازه کافی دوست نمی داریم و خیلی زیاد دروغ می گوییم

Search for knowledge, read more, sit on your front porch and admire the view without paying attention to your needs
در جستجو دانش باشید، بیشتر بخوانید، در ایوان بنشینید و منظره را تحسین کنید بدون آنکه توجهی به نیازهایتان داشته باشید

Spend more time with your family and friends, eat your favorite foods, and visit the places you love
زمان بیشتری را با خانواده و دوستانتان بگذرانید، غذای مورد علاقه تان را بخورید و جاهایی را که دوست دارید ببینید

Life is a chain of moment of enjoyment, not only about survival
زندگی فقط حفظ بقاء نیست، بلکه زنجیره ای ازلحظه های لذتبخش است

Use your crystal goblets. Do not save your best perfume, and use it every time you feel you want it
از جام کریستال خود استفاده کنید، بهترین عطرتان را برای روز مبادا نگه ندارید و هر لحظه که دوست دارید از آن استفاده کنید

Remove from your vocabulary phrases like “one of these days” and “someday”. Let’s write that letter we thought of writing “one of these days”

اگر شما آنقدر گرفتارید که وقت ندارید این پیغام را برای کسانیکه دوست دارید بفرستید، و به خودتان می گویید که ”یکی از این روزها“ آنرا خواهم فرستاد، فقط فکر کنید ... ”یکی از این روزها“ ممکن است شما اینجا نباشید

One day a father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to
the country with the firm purpose of showing his son how poor
people live.

They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be
considered a very poor family.

On their return from their trip, the father asked his son,
"How was the trip?"  "It was great Dad."

"Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked.

"Oh yeah," said the son.

"So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father.

The son answered: "I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden and they
have a creek that has no end.
We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night.
Our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon.
We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight.
We have servants who serve us, but they serve others.
We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
We have walls around our property to protect us, they have friends to protect them."

The boy's father was speechless. Then his son added, "Thanks, Dad, for showing me how poor we are."

Isn't perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what
would happen if we all gave thanks for everything we have, instead
of worrying about what we don't have.

Appreciate every single thing you have, especially your
friends!
   "Life is too short and friends are too few."

 A high school teacher was giving a true/false test. He was strolling up and down the aisles surveying the students at work. He came upon one student who was flipping a coin, then writing.

Teacher: What are you doing?
Student: Getting the answers to the test.
The teacher shook his head and walked on. A little while later, when everyone was finished with the test, the teacher noticed the student was again flipping the coin. 
Teacher: Now what are you doing?

Student: I'm checking the answers!!

Media; rightly blamed but finally help democracy prevalence

Mr. President, ladies and gentlemen!

Thanks a lot for the chance given to me in this worth full conference.

In this article, I am going to introduce two important ideas: the first one is “the relation between the real roles of media with the prevalence of democracy”, and the second is “the unbalanced criticism and blames of the Moslem societies against the national and international media with the amount of their media initiatives.”
